An upscale sushi restaurant located in Denver, Colorado is looking for a restaurant manager.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with guests and colleagues
Improve serving staff’s food and beverage knowledge through effective coaching
Strive to keep the restaurant clean and sanitary at all times in accordance with health and safety standards
Monitor server dress code and sanitation and address any issues to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Provide a friendly environment for all guests and ensure that each guest receives exceptional guest service
Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, signage standards and monitor inventory levels
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Manage office operations including funds and media management, receiving, inventory, and payroll.
Plan and assign daily goals, tasks, and assignments.
Assist in monitoring sales performance through sales reports and comparison shopping analysis.
Evaluate employee performance on a regular basis as well as recruit, train, develop, and communicate with all staff.
Assist in coordinating strategies.
Collaborate with supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.
3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end restaurant
Asian food and beverage manager experience
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management skills and accuracy in handling a variety of tasks
Proficient problem solving and analytical skills
11am – 10pm Tuesday〜Sunday Five-day work a week
