An IT/Digital company located in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Project Manager position.
This company has a market capitalization of approximately $1.5 billion and provides e-commerce, digital marketing, customer support, and BPO services.
West Coast residents will have full remote work opportunities.

・Manage multiple e-commerce projects assigned in an agency environment, coordinating and executing all project-related activities and tasks in a timely manner.
・Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including client onboarding, requirements gathering and documentation, project planning, work breakdown, timeline and budget management, resource allocation, task assignment, quality assurance, as a team member on projects, sales, and work with a cross-functional team including web producers, UX/UI designers, strategists, digital marketers, third-party vendors, partners, solution architects, developers, etc. to build and Support.
・Drive the delivery of solutions to project requirements, from requirements to release, through the triple constraints of cost, time, and quality. Participate in the planning, resource allocation, building, launching, and ongoing support of e-commerce websites and / or digital marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining an understanding of the client’s / site’s functional needs and long-term strategic goals.
・Monitors established financial budgets for assigned accounts to ensure project terms are accurately met.
・Works closely with the client to resolve all project related issues. Serve as a key contact person on projects, managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations in a professional manner.
・Understands and maintains all terms and conditions of the project contract.
Immediately reports project status to management and addresses issues with all parties when they arise.
・Manage the financial budget for the project.
・Work with external vendors and internal departments, including creative, marketing, advertising, social network monitoring, e-commerce platforms, fulfillment, and other vendors to gather and address requirements and ensure all timelines and deliverables are met.
・Manage and monitor project deliverables and ensure deliverables meet the scope of the project contract.
・Manages the profit and loss of e-commerce projects, identifies areas for improvement, and develops and implements action plans.
・Manages and collaborates in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reporting.
・Engages as requested by the client or management.
・U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Visa holders
・Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
・Knowledgeable about the working principles of e-commerce platforms; experience with Shopify or Magento, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
・Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
・Familiarity with user experience, e-commerce and web development terminology and processes; experience managing web projects, back-end integrations, mobile social, SEO/SEM retargeting campaigns, etc.
・Detailed project requirements documentation through internal discussions and client meetings
・Exercise independent judgment and basic logical thinking skills
・Work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
・Provide leadership and guidance to staff and project members
・Proficient in MS Office, with excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint
・Minimum 5 years experience related to e-commerce website building.
・Experience in an agency environment overseeing multiple projects or as a brand manager
・Ability to attend meetings in Japan (these will be held remotely)
・Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
・Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopfy, Magento, etc.
