An electronics manufacturing and trading company located in the Torrance, CA area is seeking an individual to fill an Office Manager position.
This will be a full office assignment with no overtime or claims. Bonus pay available!
<Job Description>
-Accounting duties
Enter daily accounting, purchasing, and invoices into Quickbooks.
Perform and support monthly closing. Then submit monthly closing reports to the accounting company. (Sales, purchases, expenditures, etc.)
Basic P/L and B/S calculations.
-Sales Assistant
Assist in sales activities by contacting customers and manufacturers by phone and email.
Assist in shipping parts from the office.
Visit the warehouse in person to pick up materials and organize cases as needed.
Check the status of the company’s products in the warehouse.
Contact manufacturers to resolve customer questions and problems (knowledge of science and engineering a plus).
-Logistics
Handle import/export logistics.
Report scheduling to customers and warehouse.
Visit logistics personnel in person or attend meetings as needed to better communicate and handle logistics.
-General clerical work
Maintain and sort various files.
Use MS office to create and manage documents.

Have U.S. work authorization
Use of Japanese and English (business to native level)
Able to use Microsoft Office at work without any problem (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of science and engineering preferred
