Office administrative

We are seeking candidates for an office administrative position at a Japanese electronic components manufacturer specializing in production and sales in Novi, MI.

【Job Description】
• Confirm customer orders.
• Input orders.
• Issue shipping instructions for domestic shipments in Japan.
• Issue invoices.
• Record and follow up on collection accounts, deposits, and extension follow-ups.
• Record and process payment details and check payments.
• Manage customer forecasts and production schedules.
• Coordinate production adjustments.
• Operate and manage supplier portals (logistics-related).
• General office support tasks.

【Software Used】
• Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• PowerPoint
• Word
• Cloud tools (Microsoft 365, Space Finder, etc.)

【Requirements】
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese.
• Office experience is preferred.
• Must have a U.S. work visa (Green Card or Citizenship).

Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
※ 1-hour lunch break
•※Weekends and holidays off
Salary $40,000+ Bonus (based on experience)
