Support Ocean Export/Import team members.
Provide professional customer service to effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.
▪ Provide a high level of coordination with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and government agencies to ensure shipment coordination and logistics
▪Issuing and maintaining invoices ▪Issuing necessary import/export documents, etc.
*Requirements:.
Bilingual in English and Japanese
・Experience using MicroSoft Office and computer operations ・A four-year college degree
Experience in logistics is not required.
