<Job Description>
・Receive fish orders from vendors at the Toyosu market.
・Breaking up fish
・Aged fish
・Making nigiri and sauces
・Managing invoices
・Costing of ingredients
・Cleaning and maintaining utensils
・Excellent communication and customer relations skills
・Explaining plates and interacting with customers
