<Job Description>
Cooking and Product Development
Preparation, cooking, and product development of Japanese food such as sushi, udon, and shabu-shabu
Ordering ingredients and negotiating with vendors
Control the quality of ingredients and oversee the provision of high quality food at all times
Inventory control and ordering of ingredients as needed
Staff management, hiring and training
Sanitation management
<Requirements>
At least 5 years of experience as a chef.
Ability to train employees.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
