A prestigious Japanese fine dining restaurant located in Denver, Colorado is currently seeking a Chef Assistant to work.

You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations of a highly successful upscale restaurant. This includes inventory management, scheduling kitchen staff, menu development, and training and overseeing kitchen staff.
＜About the Restaurant＞
Menu: Appetizers, nigiri sushi, rolls, and other Japanese cuisine
Seating: 400 seats (combination of sushi counter and tables)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sushi chef or in kitchen cooking with scratch cooking experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant
- Preferably with culinary experience from a culinary school
- Experience working in an Asian cuisine restaurant is preferred
