Executive Chef|Luxury Japanese Restaurant

A fine-dining Japanese restaurant located in Denver, Colorado is looking for an Executive Chef.

<Job Summary>

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the kitchen operations of a thriving upscale restaurant, including inventory control of ingredients, scheduling of kitchen staff, menu creation, training and management of kitchen staff, and coordination of all culinary related activities.

<Restaurant Details>

Menu: Appetizers, nigiri sushi, maki rolls, other Japanese dishes, etc.
Seating: 400 seats (sushi counter and tables, sushi and izakaya seating combined)


  • High school diploma
  • Experience in menu costing and staff management
  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen preparation and scratch cooking as a sous chef
  • 2+ years of experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Culinary school culinary experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in an Asian restaurant

Working Hours Work 5 days from Tuesday to Sunday 11am-11pm
*Monday + one more day off
Salary Annual salary $70,000-75,000 (to be determined after interview based on experience)
