An interior design company in Torrance, CA, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

-Respond to customer inquiries about our products via email and phone.
-Prepare and send purchase orders to our overseas factories and U.S. suppliers.
-Prepare and send notifications of the receipt of orders from all over the U.S.
-Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Teamwork and communication skills
-Call center experience preferred
-At least 1 year of customer service experience
-Business or native-level English skills
-Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, or other language skills preferred
