A major Japanese logistics company in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Branch Manager Candidate to join the moving department.
<Job Overview>
– Oversee all aspects of operations, including distribution/moving services, customer service, and sales
– Promote communication and teamwork within branches and across regions
– Conduct route analysis to ensure safe and efficient transportation routes
– Accurately forecast seasonal trends
– Supervise movers and drivers, adjust schedules, and manage deliveries
Perform other related duties as required
<Requirements>
– Japanese language proficiency
– Must have U.S. work authorization
– No experience required (Experience in the moving industry is welcome)
– Open to candidates without industry experience if they have a strong service-oriented mindset
– Physically active and enjoy hands-on work
