The company is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative at a noodle manufacturing company based in Gardena, California.
<Job Description>
・Approach potential customers through phone calls, in-person visits, and other communication channels
・Handle deliveries to clients as needed
・Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective clients
・Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments
・Stay informed of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
・Prepare sales reports and submit them to management
・Provide regular updates and performance reports to management
<Requirements>
・Valid U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available)
・Open to candidates without prior sales experience (restaurant industry experience is also welcome)
・Fluency in English and conversational ability in Japanese preferred
(Chinese, Korean, or Spanish proficiency is a plus)
・Ability to travel for client meetings (approx. 6 trips per year, each 2–3 nights; destinations include Arizona, Chicago, and within California)
・Knowledge of the noodle manufacturing industry is a plus
・Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach
・Basic business skills in Excel, Word, and email communication
・Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
