A Japanese airlines company is looking for operations personnel to handle tour arrangements and customer support at our lounge in the center of Waikiki and at the Honolulu airport.

<Job Description>
・Hotel and land (transfers, restaurants, optional tours) reservations, arrangements, reconfirmation, and reimbursement for dynamic package tours and affiliated group tours
・Reservation arrangements via email and telephone with client vendors and responses to Japanese representatives and clients
・Customer service for tour information Liaison to the department (sharing tour file contents)
・Correspondence at Waikiki Shopping Plaza lounge, various hotels, Honolulu Airport, etc.

・Basic communication skills in English (as there will be interaction with business partners)
