An IT Company in Columbus, OH is looking for an individual to serve as a PLM Engineering Specialist.
＜Job Description＞
・IT/Infrastructure & 3D Design Software Support Operations
・Help Desk Operations (Level 1 Support)
・Receiving issues, identifying causes, issuing tickets, handling problems, and responding to inquiries from local suppliers as necessary.
・Issue Reporting
・Escalation of issues to a major Japanese IT company, applying solutions provided by the Japan side to the U.S. side.
＜Requirements＞
・Basic business skills and problem-solving ability
・Experience in design and engineering in the automotive manufacturing industry
・Help Desk experience (Level 1 support)
・Experience in the use and maintenance of the following 3D CAD/PLM software:
(CATIA, Siemens NX, Solidworks, ARAS, 3DEXPERIENCE, TEAMCENTER, Smarteam, etc.)
・Experience in the use and maintenance of the following infrastructure:
(Windows Client/Server, Microsoft AZURE, Amazon AWS, etc.)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
・Japanese reading and writing skills is welcome
