Job Summary:
The Creative Director at Manufacturer of food production equipment will lead the creative vision across all platforms and initiatives, ensuring that the brand’s message aligns with our strategic goals. This role involves directing the creation of marketing materials, brand campaigns, and multimedia content, overseeing the content production at Technica House, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all communications.
◼︎Strategic Planning and Vision:
• Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance market
presence and brand identity.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights
to drive creative decisions.
◼︎Creative Development and Execution:
• Lead the design and execution of marketing materials and digital content,
ensuring they meet quality standards and align with brand objectives.
• Spearhead the creation of compelling and innovative content that engages our
target audience, including video and photo.
◼︎Special Project Technica House:
• Oversee the production of creative content at Technica House, a content
creation studio under , focusing on the integration of culinary arts and
technology.
• Collaborate with chefs and other creative professionals to produce content that
showcases our product as the tool for creativity.
• Manage projects that highlight the innovative use of our technology in modern
culinary practices.
Leadership and Collaboration:
• Manage outside creative team, setting clear goals and providing feedback to
ensure professional development and high-quality output.

• Oversee the production of creative content at Technica House, a content creation studio under group, focusing on the integration of culinary arts and technology.
• Collaborate with chefs and other creative professionals to produce content that showcases our product as the tool for creativity.
• Manage projects that highlight the innovative use of our technology in modern culinary practices.

• Manage outside creative team, setting clear goals and providing feedback to ensure professional development and high-quality output.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Present creative concepts and progress to stakeholders to secure sales and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Oversee budget, timelines, and resource allocation for creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain high standards for creative outputs, conducting regular reviews and adjustments as needed.

• Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of creative initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance the creative capabilities of the team.
