In the land of America, creating a new Japanese culinary culture. Looking for people who can work together with them to achieve this goal. The successful applicant will be the chef of the restaurant and will be responsible for the operation of the restaurant and even the management of the restaurant. The new manager will be responsible for quality control, hygiene control, scheduling, hiring, training, and more. In your daily work, you will communicate with local customers and staff members to create the best restaurant in the United States. If you have experience as a restaurant manager, you can make use of your skills, and even if you have no experience as a restaurant manager, you can gain experience at our restaurants and spread your wings as a restaurant manager or store manager.

 

<Job Description>

・Quality control and sanitation of food

・Scheduling, hiring, and training of staff

・Manage operations and develop recipes.

・Communicate with customers and staff to build the restaurant.

・Manage the restaurant as a chef and operate the restaurant.

 

<Requirements>

・At least 4 years of experience as a restaurant kitchen manager.

・English proficiency at a daily conversational level.

・Visa support available (with conditions)

・Ability to work in San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley area, New York area, Los Angeles area, Texas area, etc., regardless of location.

・Serious and responsible person.

・Experience in handling ramen, udon, shabu-shabu and soba.
・Experience in Ramen, Udon, and Soba noodle restaurant business
・Experience in shabu-shabu, izakaya, and Japanese food business
・Possession of cooking license and food hygiene certification
・University education, graduation in economics
・Graduation from a culinary school
・Ramen noodle certification, noodle sommelier
・Ramen noodle making technician, etc. qualifications
・Sake taster and sommelier
・Confectionery sanitizer

Working Hours About 45-55 hours per week (about 9-10 hours actual work)
Salary $58K-80K+ bonus (to be determined after interview based on experience)
