<Job Summary>
As a member of the Operations Headquarters, this position will help implement ERP processes to increase efficiency while ensuring that the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) are properly followed. This includes the scope of design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of general and specific Oracle system development. This position requires a thorough familiarity with all aspects of the company’s operational flows, processes, and practices in order to create and maintain documentation such as SOPs and procedures. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
<Job Description>
- Troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by the branch offices. Serve as liaison between users and software engineers as needed.
- Coordinate the creation of scenarios and validate/confirm test results when new developments, patches, or software upgrades become available.
- Assist the branch offices by answering questions and providing solutions to problems from the branch offices regarding both systems and workflow.
- Create and revise SOPs, manuals, and other support documents to assist branch offices in their operations.
- Maintain the ERP portal up-to-date and ensure that all stored materials are current.
- Train branch users by designing/conducting sessions.
- Attend regular meetings to proactively share information, improvement plans, and observations.
- Support the Operations Division Manager in improving business processes, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing the ERP system.
- Gather information from branch offices and prepare data, reports, charts, and matrices.
- Assist internal and external auditors with Oracle systems and operating procedures.
- Provide project status and other reports to supervisor.
- Propose new features and changes to the system and operational workflows based on user feedback.
- Other duties as directed, etc.
<Requirements>
- University degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of office or business experience
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Supply chain experience preferred
- Knowledge of Asian food products
- Experience with Oracle ERP system is a plus
