SEO Specialist (WordPress)

Looking for an SEO Specialist (Remote Work). We are an IT and HR company in the U.S. and are looking for a talented individual to work on our website using WordPress, etc. We are looking for someone to work on marketing, site improvement, and site launch with a focus on SEO.

We are based in Beverly Hills/Hollywood in the Los Angeles area of California, but you can work remotely, so we are open to applicants from Japan as well as the U.S. (working hours negotiable, meetings are generally in Japanese).

<Job Description>

• SEO of websites (own and client websites)
• Website development and improvement using WordPress
• Analysis and creation of marketing materials (also using Google Analytics/Search Console, etc.)
• Content marketing (including proposing article ideas and directing the writing of articles)
• Customer service (proposal writing, meetings, etc.)
• Depending on your ability and suitability, you may also be required to create websites/applications other than WordPress, maintain and manage servers using AWS, etc., conduct research, and perform other tasks.

<Requirements>

• Experience in SEO
• Experience in web writing (preferred)
• Experience creating websites using WordPress (preferred)
• Experience creating sites using Shopify (preferred)
• Programming experience using PHP and JavaScript (preferred)
• Experience creating websites using frameworks such as Laravel, Ruby on Rails, React, Django or other methods (Preferred)
• Experience with SEM (Google Ads, SNS ads, etc.) (preferred)
• Experience maintaining and managing servers using AWS, etc. and knowledge of infrastructure (preferred)
• Sales or management experience (preferred)
• Bilingual Japanese/English (preferred)
