- Generate and manage daily sales activity reports
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and try to turn those prospects intocustomers * Work with management to improve marketing materials and expand the companymarketing presence in the territory.
- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with Existingclients
- Update sales progress reports and customer information in the firm’s contact database
- Research industry market trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
- Demonstrate products, on site, in showrooms, or via video calls * Deliver products to customer locations if needed
- Provide product training * Provide after-sales service, including technical support * Plan and organize daily work schedule
- Plan business travel
- Focuses sales efforts by studying the dealer’s existing and potential volume
- Consult price lists and product literature
- Submit daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual area analysis, sales results reports
- Plan and manage pricing, products, newproducts, and delivery schedules
- Monitor competition by gathering current market information by investigating problems and resolving customer complaints
- Develop solutions, prepare reports and make recommendations to management * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by being able to reach and repair technicians on the manufacturing side
