A Japanese food manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs, CA is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team.

<Job Description>

Working with two current sales assistants, you will be responsible for providing sales support to the company.

The job includes order support and marketing (poster creation, etc.) related tasks.

<The kind of person we are looking for>

Sales assistants provide support to sales members. Although urgent requests may come in at short notice, we expect our sales assistants to be flexible and responsive, taking into consideration the priority of the work.

This is an environment where those with limited work experience can be supported and take their time to learn the business. You will be successful if you have the ability to clear up questions by doing your own research or asking questions of senior employees, rather than keeping things you don’t understand to yourself.

The person who can tackle his/her work with the spirit of helping each other out rather than defining the scope of his/her own work will be a good fit.

<Requirements>

・ Basic computer experience (Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint))
・ Business level English, conversational level Japanese
・ Must have work status to work in the U.S.
・ Must have or plan to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
