Position Overview:
As part of the launch of our Japan office, your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting our core services in IT, business, and marketing consulting.
You will propose IT utilization strategies, business entry solutions into the U.S., and marketing strategies tailored for the U.S. market. You will also contribute to the recruitment sector by developing new clients and supporting existing ones.
Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English skills.
Prior experience as a recruiter is preferred.
Sales experience is an advantage.
Applicants must hold Japanese nationality or possess a valid work visa for Japan.

Work Schedule:
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (flexible hours available).
Hours: Between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM (adjustable upon discussion).
Break: 1 hour
Generally, no overtime (may occur if necessary).
Days Off: Sundays, Mondays, and U.S. public holidays.
Holidays and Leave:
Sundays and Mondays off.
U.S. public holidays off.
Year-end and New Year holidays.
Additional leave available upon consultation.
Location:
Work at the Shinagawa office 2–3 days a week, with remote work for the remaining days.

Occasional travel within Japan and to the U.S. may be required.

Located within a 5–10 minute walk from Shinagawa Station.
Salary:
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 (paid in U.S. dollars).
Overtime pay based on actual hours worked.
