Quality Assurance Staff | Japanese Manufacturing Company

A Bellevue, WA scientific instrument manufacturer is looking for a Quality Control Staff to join their team.

This company is a major manufacturer with branches all over the world and is looking for someone who is looking for a stable job.

<Job Description>

・Learn about the company’s devices and become an expert in each unit
・Know how to use, problem solve, and present all company products
・Properly inspect and calibrate incoming instruments
・Follow detailed quality assurance procedures to inspect and fine-tune
・Arrange for loaner units as requested by the customer
・Arrange for shipping of customer fixtures after service is completed
・Liaise with customer service representative and share accurate information with customer
・Issue calibration certificates
・Prepare monthly activity reports
・Perform other duties/miscellaneous tasks as required and as directed by supervisor.　etc.

<Requirements

・2 to 3 years of research experience
・Bilingual in Japanese or Spanish and confident in English (writing and communication skills)
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
・U.S. driver’s license
・Must have a U.S. work visa
・Experience in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or clinical, or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or clinical, preferred (not required)
・Ability to work individually or as part of a team
・Ability to pay close attention to detail
