<General Requirements>
1. Capable of communicating in both Japanese & English (native level fluency in at least one of the languages is preferred)
IT Project proposal [Pre-Sales Phase]
2. Provide pre-sales support to Sales and Sales Engineers during the project proposal phase.
Potential fields that require support are as follows:
a. Performing cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed project to aid sales team in making customer proposals.
b. Working with potential project members to define business requirements and goals.
c. Interact and negotiate with potential project members to identify and propose a method to resolve business systems issues.
d. Defining tasks of project and roles of project members.
IT Project Operation [Post-Sales Phase]
3. Manage human, material, and cost resources for each phase of project planning, design, and initiation for build-out and relocation projects that involve implementation of IT equipment such as NW and servers, I-infrastructure (cabling), voice systems, data circuits software, and cloud services.
4. Create documentation such as the SOW, WBS, Action item list , Organization chart, and meeting minutes to keep track of the project.
5. Manage the project schedule to meet the customer’s desired installation date and oversee its organization, budgeting, and implementation.
6. Communicate with the customer frequently to align the understanding of project requirements and expectations.
7. Participate in meetings to track and share status updates with project members.
8. Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion of projects that meet or exceed clients’ needs and expectations.
9. Lead and guide the work of technical staff, subcontractor or third-party vendor.
10. In the closing phase of the project, work with the technical department to support a smooth handover to the operations department.
