An art studio located in Brooklyn, New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage comprehensive project management for exhibitions, public art, and commercial collaborations from all aspects, including design progress, coordination, and deployment.
- Create project timelines and communicate with the team, clients, external stakeholders, and other parties to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to create the best environment for art exhibitions, logistics, and risk management, while fostering collaboration among team members.
- Compile detailed exhibition specifications agreed upon with the client and coordinate with team members for its execution.
- Provide timely management reports on project progress and key milestones to management.
- Offer timely and accurate communication to management, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Build and maintain positive and healthy relationships with galleries, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Verify exhibitions and inquiries, conduct thorough research, and provide sufficient documentation for management’s assessment.
- Manage crisis situations and lead emergency response planning.
- Review all legal documents related to the project.
