【Arizona】Outside Sales

A Japanese food specialty trading company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Outside Sales Associate to join their team.

＜Job Summary＞
– Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas as assigned by the Sales Manager.
– Expand sales channels for new projects/products/programs.
– Manage brokers, set sales goals, and implement strategies accordingly.
– Visit clients and potential clients to provide support, information, and sell our products.
– Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of payments.
– Produce and participate in trade shows and events in line with business goals.
– Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building a high level of trust with customers.
– Respond and communicate with all customers in a timely manner.
– Coordinate urgent deliveries with customers to meet their needs.
– Educate customers on how products and services benefit them.
– Enter and update orders in the company database.
– Maintain company vehicles and drive them safely in accordance with company vehicle policies.
– Attend weekly sales meetings.
– Participate in semi-annual inventory counts on designated days (and possibly weekends).
– Participate in company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
– Other duties as requested by the manager.
– Reporting to management.

<Requirements＞
– Basic level of English proficiency
– Business level Korean, Chinese, or Japanese,
*Native level Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is a plus.
– Have and maintain a clean driving record.
– Ability to adapt to frequent changes in job duties and workload.
– High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
– 5+ years of related experience preferred
