Operation Manager｜Major Japanese logistics company

A major Japanese logistics company in Torrance, CA is looking for an　Operation Manager.

＜Job Duties＞

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

• Train and manage Supervisors, Leads, and warehouse staff

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor and improve KPIs (inventory accuracy, on-time delivery rate, productivity, etc.)

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning

• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth logistics operations

＜Requirements＞

• Proven experience as a logistics manager

• Ability to manage processes in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Strong team management and leadership skills

• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems
