<Job Summary>
Contribute to the efficient operation of the branch and provide administrative support.
General clerical duties including data entry, maintaining customer records, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, filing, etc.
<Job Description>
Process sales orders and purchase orders using Oracle
Review sales orders or purchase orders
Ask and answer questions regarding Accounts Receivable (A/R) to customers or sales representatives using the Customer Inquiry function.
Process checks and cash received from customers
Checks inventory
File documents according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assists office staff, sales staff, and warehouse staff
Communicate effectively with sales, warehouse, and office personnel
Answer phones.
Receptionist greets and directs visitors, receives packages, etc.
<Required Information>
GED (General Educational Development) High School Diploma
Experience with MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word
Knowledge of all aspects of office operations
Effective communication skills
