<Job Overview>
・Prepare Japanese cuisin(Sashimi, Stir-fry, simmered dishes, ramen, etc.), including sushi
・Order and manage ingredients
・Adhere to standards for food handling and hygiene procedures
・Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and stations
・Collaborate with other team members to maximize the efficiency of kitchen operations
**Approximately 80 seats available in the restaurant.

・The teamwork among the chefs is excellent, and the workplace has a friendly atmosphere. Since it’s located in a ski resort, some chefs enjoy skiing before work and head straight to their shifts afterward.
・The restaurant offers a lot of autonomy in the kitchen, allowing for creativity in menu development. You can experiment with ingredients, create dishes you’ve thought of, and serve them to customers, giving you the opportunity to express your culinary ideas.
<Working Hours>
The expected working hours are between 40 to 50 hours per week. (Shifts typically start around 12 PM or 1 PM, with the end of the workday being between 9 PM and 11 PM.)
<Requirements>
・Must possess a U.S. work visa
・At least 5 years of experience as a Japanese cuisine chef in the United States
・Proficiency in English is required
