Looking for a Japanese chef position at a new Kappo Izakaya restaurant (major restaurant group) to open in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The restaurant is scheduled to open this year, and you will also assist with opening preparations.
This is a challenging job as the restaurant will be a street-level restaurant owned by a major restaurant group!
The menu will be mainly grilled and robata dishes.

- Experience working in a Japanese restaurant
- Experience working in an izakaya (Japanese style bar)
- Experience in cooking with charcoal fire
