A Japanese language school in New York is looking for an HR + Accounting Manager position.
You will be responsible for recruiting, payroll processing, benefits, and accounting for employment.

・At least 2 years of payroll/HR experience
・Experience working with PEOs is a plus
・Excellent communication skills
・Knowledge of non-profit accounting and HR best practices and employment law
・Familiarity with Japanese culture
・Good understanding of Japanese language
