This will be an outside sales position to grow sales in the Eastern US area.

This role will be responsible for lead follow-up to establish contact with existing customers and generate new business opportunities.
You will identify market marketing and develop market research and plans for sales growth, monitor industry trends.
<Job Description>
- Prepare daily sales activity reports and submit and report to the management team.
- Work with the management team to improve marketing materials.
- Make presentations using marketing materials.
- Participate in trade shows and communicate with new and existing customers.
- Update customer information in the company’s customer database and review and report on sales progress.
- Understand the market and trends in the industry to expand and grow the company’s business.
- Perform product demonstrations in the showroom.
- ·Travel to customer locations to install and demonstrate products when needed.
- Receive or conduct product training to customers.
- Provide aftercare services to customers, including technical support.
- Manage and organize daily work schedule.
- Plan business travel.
- Research existing and new customers to enhance sales.
- Refer to and complete price lists and product brochures.
- Submits and prepares reports on sales activity results.
- Submits activity and results reports such as daily reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis, and shares information with management team.
- Monitor competition, product delivery time by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products.
- Solve customer problems by researching issues: develop solutions, prepare reports and recommendations to management team.
- Contact manufacturing technicians and maintain professional and technical knowledge to repair products.
<Requirements>
- Must have an OPT visa or a U.S. work visa (work visa support is available for OPT visa holders).
- Must be able to travel within the U.S. or internationally: 50% travel required.
- Business level English, conversational level Japanese
- 2+ years of food or liquor sales experience
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Must have work status to work in the U.S.
- Must have or plan to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
