<Job Summary>
Area: East Coast (Residing in or near NJ) Work Status: Remote Travel: Approximately once every 2 months to nearby locations (Florida, Atlanta, Baltimore) and around twice a year to the Torrance office. Company Car: Not provided. Requires a personal vehicle. Monthly expenses can be reimbursed.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Create annual budgets and prepare quarterly and monthly sales reviews.
- Provide pricing quotes, proposals, and credit terms to current and potential customers.
- Supervise, direct, evaluate, and manage the activities of sales and service representatives.
- Verify and maintain timecards for non-exempt employees under your supervision.
- Regularly contact and follow up with retailers through phone, email, letters, or in-person.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers.
- Send samples and follow up with customer inquiries.
- Respond to client calls, questions, and requests.
- Participate in trade shows and consumer shows, setting up exhibits.
- Plan and implement customized sales promotions as needed, at the national and/or regional level for specific retailers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for brokers, distributors, and retailers.
- Receive and confirm orders and input sales and profit data by customer/product.
- Analyze sales trends, operational efficiency, product presentations, and best practices to maximize profits.
- Create contact reports for retail customers.
- Plan business objectives and develop organizational procedures.
- Plan, negotiate, and implement private brand products.
- Support sales activities of retail stores, agents, and intermediaries.
- Perform other tasks as required to manage the company’s sales operations.
- Design strategies and ensure all day-to-day services are managed, meeting all needs of the retailers appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate field performance.

- Residing in or near NJ.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least six months of relevant experience.
- Sales experience in the beverage and food industry.
