<Job Description>
Provide information and recommendations for strategic planning and review
Select production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
Problem resolution
Perform audits
Identify trends
System improvement
Develop strategic annual forecasts and budgets
Develop and implement strategies to increase average meal checks and guest counts
Employee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, assignment, scheduling, coaching, counseling and training
Planning, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing job contributions
Planning and reviewing compensation measures
<Requirements>
At least 3 years of experience creating menus in the food service industry and at least 5 years of management experience as a chef, or equivalent experience and skills. (Required)
Must be able to work in the U.S. (Required)
Must possess a valid driver’s license. (Required)
College graduate or equivalent academic ability. (Required)
Must be able to understand and share the company’s values and vision.
Must be confident, self-motivated, high performance oriented and have a proven track record.
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to operate smoothly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Must be able to work shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Full-time position may require working a minimum of 50 hours or 5 days per week.
