A major Japanese logistics company located in Queens, NY is looking for a bilingual Japanese-English customer service representative to join their team.

・Coordinate business activities as a liaison between customers and vendors.
・Arrangement of courier service and customer entertainment
・Prepare invoices for air/ocean terminal and port usage fees
・Checking and managing the status of air/ocean freight forwarding
・Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties via email, telephone and in person
・Prepare daily reports
・Prepare invoices and process billing
・Responds to internal and external inquiries and forwards to appropriate department if necessary
・Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
・Teamwork and communication skills
・Business level Japanese
・Call center experience is preferred
・At least 1 year of customer service experience
・Knowledge and experience in logistics preferred
