A major Japanese eyeglass company located in Arcadia, Los Angeles is looking for a Customer Specialist position.
Provide excellent customer service, customer satisfaction, and a high level of professionalism.
Respond to customer needs in a timely and friendly manner and proactively understand customer concerns, requests, and expectations.
Understand and respond to customer complaints regarding products, services, and sales, and take the initiative in providing appropriate solutions.
Actively participate in store staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales goals.
To adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses according to each customer’s individual preferences.
・High school graduate or equivalent educational background
・Ability to work flexible hours as needed to open and close the store
・At least 2 years of experience as a sales associate or customer service representative
・High level of communication skills
