<Job Description>
Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, general affairs and sales.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and future sales opportunities.
Develop forecasts, financial goals and business plans
Achieve goals and metrics
Manage budgets and allocate funds appropriately
Maximize branch employee performance by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Identify areas for improvement, address challenges and propose corrective actions to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Share knowledge of effective practices, competitive information, business opportunities and needs with other branches and headquarters.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Maintain high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
<Requirements>
– US work visa holder
– Native level Japanese and English
– Moving business experience (preferential treatment)
– Moving business experience but difficult to work in Louisville (in this case, you will be working at a base somewhere in the Midwest/Texas and will be responsible for managing and operating the moving business at the Louisville branch)
– No industry experience but able to work at the Louisville branch
– Work experience in the logistics industry (preferential treatment)
