A Japanese manufacturing company in Chicago, IL is looking for a bilingual (Mandarin/English) sales position!

<Job Description>
– Support North American electronics manufacturers to develop sales strategies to penetrate their brands and focus on Taiwanese companies.
– Regularly contact current and prospective customers to promote sales, identify sales leads, and create new sales opportunities.
– Collaborate internally to gain knowledge to support product and sales promotions.
– Facilitate the closing of customer orders.
– Manage customer relationships related to existing business, projects, and promotions. This includes commercial and technical inquiries, complaints, etc.
– Collaborate with internal staff on logistics related to product delivery.
– Ability to effectively present company products and services through upper and lower level organizations (including senior management).
– Travel as needed, including international travel.
– Lobby internally to follow up on customer concerns and issues related to sales.
– Provide support to the Sales Manager as needed and as directed by the Sales Manager.
– Other duties as assigned by manager.
<Requirements>
– Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and English)
– 3+ years of experience in a sales environment
– 3+ years of commercial sales experience
– Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
