As the Accounting and Finance Manager of the Hawaii subsidiary, you will be responsible for all accounting operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the accounting team at the head office in Japan, and will be responsible for preparing financial statements, linking to the ledger system, and processing accounts payable.

<Specifically>
- Prepare financial statements
- Checking payroll results (since the payroll department utilizes outsourcing, the main focus is on coordination and checking with the outsourcing company).
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, checks issued, and bank processing related work in general
General financial and accounting operations in cooperation with external organizations (tax reporting, FAR compliance checks, etc. in cooperation with CPAs) - Checking and managing the work of members (including part-timers).
- General administration duties such as office supplies and PC setup.

Able to obtain a work visa (with company support)
At least 5 years of accounting experience
Business level of English
Business level English proficiency is required.
