A popular anime store in Honolulu, HI is looking for a manager candidate.
<Job Description>
After arriving at the store, clean the inside and outside of the store, and perform normal retail sales operations, such as storing all items on the display shelves.
Cash register operations, checking the inventory of products in the store and replenishing it from the backyard when it runs out.
Registering new products received from Japan, taking photos of them, and posting them on SNS such as Instagram.
Communicate smoothly with customers and ask them to fill out questionnaires
Create POP for sales areas in the store and various events (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills are required)
Edit images and short movies to be posted on SNS (Adobe PremiaPro)
Manage the operation of the EC (Shopify) site, which is currently not in operation.
<Requirements>
Bilingual in Japanese and English
Customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with video and image editing software
