This job is to provide information and guidance in Japanese to customers in the Waikiki area. The main focus of this position is to provide friendly and courteous support to customers using trolleys and shuttle buses from the airport.
<Job Description>
Assistance and destination guidance when boarding and disembarking trolleys (guidance in Japanese)
Guiding customers from Honolulu Airport shuttle drop-off point to Waikiki lounge
・Simple PC operation
・Able to speak English at daily conversational level
<Requirements>
・Ability to provide cheerful and courteous guidance in Japanese
・About 5 to 6 hours of continuous standing/walking work Able to stand and walk for 5-6 hours continuously without any problem
・Able to work at least 3 days a week including weekends and holidays (work days are negotiable)
・English ability: Daily conversation level (simple guidance in English is acceptable)
