We are currently seeking candidates for an IT Engineer position at an IT company located near Akihabara Station in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The company provides internal IT management support services.
The role involves various IT-related tasks such as server maintenance, operation, helpdesk support, and troubleshooting. Since the company has an office in Singapore, there may be opportunities to participate in English-based projects, making proficiency in both Japanese and English essential.
The workforce is diverse, with foreign employees comprising 20% of the staff. Both Japanese and English are used as working languages, and employees engage in activities such as futsal and bowling in their free time.
Job Description
- Design and construction of LAN/WAN networks
- Virtual server setup, operation, management, and maintenance
- System planning, construction, operation, management, and maintenance
- Network operation and management
- On-site troubleshooting
- Kitting and installation tasks
- Helpdesk and instructor roles
Requirements
- No educational background required
- Experience in the tasks listed above
- Certified professionals (e.g., MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCDA) preferred
- Candidates proficient in English are highly favored
- Must be a Japanese national or hold a valid work visa in Japan
