<Job Description>
・The Customer Specialist is responsible for the following: ・Respond to customer needs in a prompt and friendly manner and actively seek to understand customer concerns, requests, and expectations.
The employee understands and responds with honesty and integrity to customer complaints regarding products, services, and sales.
・Work with speed, efficiency and accuracy on eyewear products.
・Be a cooperative and caring team member and foster a warm, lively and friendly atmosphere.
・Actively participate in store staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales goals.
・Provide appropriate training and support to less experienced team members and serve as a leader and educator.
・Provide personalized eyeglass adjustments, fittings, and eyeglass creations for each customer.
・Builds team commitment to high standards of service, exceeds customer expectations, and sets an example.
・ Perform vision screenings – Operate vision screenings, test and measurement equipment and devices.
<Requirements.>
・High school or equivalent education (G.E.D.)
・ABO certification preferred.
・Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
・Ability to coordinate priorities and establish time schedules
・Ability to stand or move around on the sales floor or stockroom all day.
