aiTWorks/HRAIT, which operates this site, is currently recruiting for a sales position.
<Main Responsibilities>
- Communicate with new clients via email, text, phone, networking, or Zoom meetings (sometimes in person)
- Propose marketing strategies and improvement plans for business sales development
- Attracting new clients through email, phone calls, and social media marketing
- Present to new clients via Zoom meetings or in-person
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports in weekly meetings with CEO, Director, and other colleagues
- Participate in corporate and team meetings
- Data entry into databases and Excel
- Regularly update website and social media
- Manage both the existing sales pipeline and development of new business opportunities
- Conduct sales activities related to outsourcing services, talent acquisition services, and other new business opportunities
- Play a leading role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture new business opportunities and partnerships
- Perform administrative duties related to business development
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties
- Communicate with other departments such as recruiting, IT, marketing team, executive assistants, etc.
<Requirements>
- English: Native or business level
- Japanese: Native or fluent (JPLT N1 level)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and Google Suits)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to attend appointments in a timely manner
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience in a sales position in the recruiting and HR industry is a plus.
