A Japanese food wholesale company in Medley, FL is looking for an Outside Sales Representative.

<Job Description>
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the manager.
– Visit customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell our products.
– Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of payments.
– Enter, update, and maintain sales order, invoice, and billing back data in the Company’s database.
– Update and maintain customer records in company database.
– Update and prepare monthly sales materials and reports.
– Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building trusting relationships.
– Respond and communicate with all customers in a timely manner.
– Immediately report any inventory or service issues to the appropriate department.
– Coordinate with warehouse to get orders to customers as needed.
– Educate customers on how products and services benefit them
– Maintain and safely drive company vehicles in accordance with company vehicle policy
– Attend semi-annual inventory counts on designated days (weekends in some cases)
– Attend company events and functions outside of normal working hours.

Business level English and Japanese or Business level English and Spanish
∙ Previous customer service experience is welcome, even if you have no experience.
