Sales | Restaurant POS service operator

A Japanese food company located in Santa Fe Springs, California, specializing in POS systems used in restaurants is currently seeking a Sales Representative!

This position involves field sales activities in the LA area, and there is no requirement to report to the office.

Job Overview

You will play a vital role as an outside sales representative for a company that operates POS and To Go Order systems essential for restaurant operations. Join a growing company and engage in sales activities with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

 Identify potential customers, visit facilities, provide information, and conduct negotiations.

 Expand customer leads by coordinating with the parent company’s existing customer network, while also expanding into new market areas as the product matures.
 Take responsibility for the sale of related products, whether software or hardware, demonstrating excellent user and industry knowledge to all customers.
 Understand and execute sales plans and pricing options based on the company’s direction.
 Record customer information and feedback collected through in-person conversations, phone calls, and emails in CRM software. Communicate this information to the product development team.
 Schedule and conduct onboarding at customer facilities and provide appropriate training to all stakeholders in customer operations.
 Manage hardware resources and coordinate with Customer Success Managers to establish favorable communication methods with customers.
 Report on-field activities in a timely manner to support business and product planning.
 Submit sales activity reports and other requested reports as necessary.
 Perform other assigned duties.
 Bilingual proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean/English is required.

Requirements

・2-3 years of sales experience (preferred)

・Experience in the restaurant or food-related industry (preferred)

・Valid driver’s license and access to a car

・Bilingual in English/Japanese or English/Chinese or English/Korean
