<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit customers and potential clients’ stores to provide necessary information and support for business acquisition and maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with customers within the assigned area to maximize profits.
- Anticipate customer needs, determine appropriate solutions to business issues, and provide overall high-level customer service to drive business growth.
- Understand and execute sales plans and price adjustments based on management directives.
- Communicate feedback on new products and insights gathered from field activities to relevant company staff.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with the Area Team Manager or (Assistant) Sales Manager to assist in setting sales goals for the territory.
- Collaborate with operational and logistics staff to achieve sales goals for the territory.
- Submit sales activity reports and other required reports as necessary.
- Participate in quarterly inventory aggregation.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
<Requirements>
- English: Business level
- Spanish: Business level
- Ability to travel by car for the majority of daily working hours to visit customers in the assigned area.
- Ability to lift 15-25 pounds of packages.
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
