A Japanese food specialty trading company in El Monte, CA is looking for an Inside Sales Assistant.

Enter, update, and maintain sales order, invoice, and billing return data.
Update and maintain customer records in company database.
Ensure timely entry of credit card and ACH transaction information into the portal to ensure payment is collected.
Answer customer questions regarding product features, benefits, and procedures.
Update and prepare all sales literature for the department.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Immediately report any inventory or service issues to the appropriate account manager.
Work with sales staff to monitor valid orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
Prepare sales and marketing materials.
Works with sales staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
Receive payments by cash, check, or credit card and prepare receipts.
Take minutes of meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned, etc.
Bilingual (business level) in Japanese and English
High school diploma or higher
At least 2 years of related experience preferred
