A Japanese food specialty trading company in El Monte, CA is looking for an Outside Sales Staff.

<Job Description>
– Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas as assigned by the Assistant Division Manager.
– Seek to penetrate the US consumer base by initiating new projects/products/programs.
– Manage brokers, set sales goals, and implement strategies accordingly.
– Visit clients and potential clients to provide support, information, and sell our products.
– Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of payments.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building trusting relationships.
– Respond and communicate with all customers in a timely manner.
– Coordinate urgent deliveries to meet customer needs.
– Explain to customers how products and services can help them.
– Enter and update orders into company database.
– Attend weekly sales meetings.
– Participate in semi-annual inventories on designated days, possibly on weekends.
– Participate in company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
<Requirements>
・Business level English and Japanese
・At least 3 years of experience in sales of alcoholic beverages.
・Have status to work in the U.S.
